      Just when we thought there would be some settling into a new normal, the last several months have proven to be some of the most challenging in recent memory.

      Staffing challenges brought upon by the Great Resignation, increased hiring demands from businesses growing, a decline in student attendance at career fairs, and many other trends have caused a rethinking of our resources and business models.

      Our panelists will address how the recruitment cycle has gone for them recently, what challenges they are facing, and how they are tackling the issues. We will explore the impact the Great Resignation is having on the labor market and workforce needs; how this is impacting diversity and inclusion efforts, career services operations, college recruiting strategies, and student/candidate engagement; and we’ll also take a look at what is happening with virtual recruiting.
