NACE Center for Career Development and Talent Acquisition
The NACE Center for Career Development and Talent Acquisition is the face of NACE content and research. The NACE Center addresses critical issues around five topics: career readiness, the job market, career development, talent acquisition, and public policy & legal.
The NACE Center’s content and research includes the information NACE members have consistently relied on—key benchmarks with research analysis, and insights; information about best practices for programs and services; and materials and tools that support professional practice, operations, and professionals. But the NACE Center offers members more, taking members beyond the perspective of the profession to gain understanding of the larger landscape. Members will find NACE research laser-focused on key issues to inform strategic thinking and planning, plus research conducted by external organizations to provide fresh perspectives and insight. And, members have access to diverse content and resources from complementary organizations and sources that provide breadth, depth, and context to critical issues.
Members play an important role in the ongoing development of the NACE Center through their involvement in special initiatives, such as the First-Destination Survey and Career Readiness; the NACE Community, a members-only forum that enables members to engage in meaningful discussions and trade resources and ideas; and other opportunities to lead, serve, and provide direction.
The NACE Center also serves as a platform to give the profession a greater voice in the national dialogue about higher education and the future of work. Through predictive analytics and Big Data, the NACE Center provides data-driven insights and analysis to inform the discussion about the value of higher education, impact strategic thinking around college talent and the labor market, and translate analysis into actions for members as well as public policy makers, leaders in industry and higher education, and the public at large.
The NACE Center is a 501(c)(3) charitable, not-for-profit organization. It is governed by a Board of Directors composed of members of the Executive Committee and senior staff of the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
