This is a notice to all visitors to NACEWeb. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) provides information and services on the Internet as a benefit and service in furtherance of NACE's not-for-profit and tax-exempt status. NACE makes no representations about the suitability of this information and these services for any purpose. Copyright and Logo Trademark
All materials and information provided on NACEWeb, including but not limited to, surveys, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations and artwork, video, music and sound, names, logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), 62 Highland Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18017-9085. All text, including, but not limited to, the NACE Directory, Salary Survey data, and articles, benchmarking data, and information, unless specifically noted otherwise, are copyrighted materials owned by NACE.
NACE has the exclusive rights and privileges in and to the copyright in this material. Use of the information contained on NACEWeb is solely intended for individual and private use. NACE grants you a license to use the material contained on NACEWeb solely for your own, private noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, download, frame, rent, lease, distribute, transmit, sell, transfer to magnetic media, or otherwise transfer any or all portions of the material contained on NACEWeb, or otherwise take any action, that would be in violation of NACE's copyright, without the specific written permission of NACE.
The names, trademarks, service marks, and logos of NACE appearing on NACEWeb may not be used in any advertising or publicity or otherwise to indicate NACE sponsorship of or affiliation with any product or service without NACE's prior written permission. Digital Millennium Copyright Act
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act establishes a limitation of liability for infringement of the copyright laws for Internet service providers, such as NACE. In compliance with that law, NACE has designated an agent to receive statutory notices from copyright owners about infringement.
