  • Expand Talent Pipeline: Video Interviewing

  • Summary

    Are you currently meeting talented students in person? Johnson Controls wants to share how we are using innovative technologies to meet students virtually for internship and early career opportunities. We have piloted on-demand video interviewing at national diversity conferences and for our internship opportunities. These interviews allow students to choose a time and place that is convenient to introduce themselves virtually to our hiring authorities who are local or across the country. With this new technology, experiences are improving for students all over the world.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Demonstrate how students can make a first impression beyond their resumes with local or global organizations;
    • Identify innovative techniques and technologies that can be used to connect with students all over the world; and
    • Discover the ability to efficiently screen high volumes of top talent.

    Presenters: Catie Anderson, Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Johnson Controls, Inc. and Samantha Ziolkowski, Recruiter, Early Career, TA Programs, Johnson Controls, Inc.
