  Stephanie Reyes , Sr. Associate Director, Career Center, California State University - Fullerton

  Stephanie Reyes identifies as a first-generation college graduate and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University Fullerton and a master's in college counseling and student services from the University of La Verne. Throughout her 10 years of experience in higher education career services, Reyes has led numerous career development and employer relations programming efforts at three highly diverse universities all located in various metropolitan cities within Southern California. She currently serves as the senior associate director for the California State University Fullerton Career Center and is responsible for leading the employer relations strategy for the department. Reyes has successfully implemented a strategic plan for the career center's hybrid career specialist/employer engagement initiative evaluated on a metrics-based model that has been nationally recognized by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) as a two-time award finalist. She is an active member of NACE and an alumnus of the 2019 Leadership Advancement Program and served on the 2019 NACE Conference Program Committee and the 2021 Honors and Awards Committee. She was also responsible for implementing a diversity campus recruiter ally training that received the 2021 NACE Member’s Choice Award.

  

  Hilary Flanagan , Director, Salve Regina University

  With more than 20 years of progressive leadership in higher education career development, Hilary Flanagan is as passionate as ever about helping college students. She has a strong track record for leading dynamic teams on campuses in an ever-changing professional landscape, as well as collaborative leadership involvement in local, regional, national, and global associations. As executive director, she enjoys working with the amazing change agents of the Seattle U Career Engagement Office. When not working, Flanagan can be found training for and competing in triathlons, exploring new cuisines and cultures, and spending time with her adventurous family.
