Committee Charge: The pandemic made it that much clearer that the way companies recruit has shifted drastically, and that’s going to continue. To continue the momentum of the Recruiting Standards Task Force after its initial review of the Association’s Professional Standards for University Relations and Recruiting, this task force will continue to focus on equipping our members with the appropriate resources to adapt to the changing landscape of early talent recruiting.
