    The Examining the Coaching Culture three-part webinar series analyzes the increased use of coaching strategies by organizations that yield significant impact and positive results in employee engagement, motivation, and high performance. Attendees will differentiate between the role of the internal coach and the external coach while expanding their knowledge of the change process.

    Coaching and Organizational Impact

    Participants will examine how a behavioral based coaching approach leads to improved performance and employee engagement while defining the key components of a coaching culture. Through this webinar, participants will also develop an understanding of the benefits of coaching as they relate to inspiring a shared vision and innovations in thinking and learning.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Explore behavioral based coaching approaches used by organizations;
    • Describe components of a coaching culture leading to positive change; and
    • Explain the benefits of a shared organizational vision which results when a coaching culture has been established.

    Coaching in Organizations

    Participants will identify and recognize barriers to the coaching process that exist within organizations and describe coaching models that mitigate barriers leading to increased employee engagement. Review of organizational scenarios will provide the opportunity for attendees to engage in construction of coaching strategies that resolve conflict and enhance productivity.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Identify barriers that exist within organizations and strategies for mitigating obstacles;
    • Describe components of organizational models and the coaching role; and
    • Provide a number of coaching strategies that can be used to resolve conflict management issues.

    Coaching for Change

    Participants will learn to define and describe components of the change process within organizations and articulate how coaching and establishment of a coaching culture leads to positive change on an individual and organizational level. Attendees will identify coaching techniques which move employees through the stages of change recognizing that coaching is a partnership for co-creation of ideas and resolutions.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Define components of organizational change process;
    • Describe methods for identifying employee’s motivational level; and
    • Employ effective coaching strategies that support employees through times of transition.

    Knowledge Assessment: Upon successful completion and participation in the NACE Examining the Coaching Culture webinar, named registrants who wish to receive a certificate of completion will be provided instructions to complete the online NACE Examining the Coaching Culture Knowledge Assessment. The assessment consists of 25 multiple-choice and true/false questions. Attendees scoring an 88 percent or better on the assessment will receive the NACE Examining the Coaching Culture Certificate of Completion. Successful completion of the roundtable and obtaining the certificate of completion can be used in part (3 hours) to meet the training requirements for the Board Certified Coach credential offered through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
