Unit Two: Walk This Way (Model the Way)
“Walk This Way” is a behavior employed by exemplary leaders, whereby they set the example. It’s a commitment beyond their behavior at their organizations—it’s how they live their lives, fundamental to their core, and consistent with their personal values.
In this model, leaders will examine a framework to successfully lead others to “Walk This Way.” Through case study scenarios, videos, and interactive exercises, leaders will explore strategies to develop a leadership mindset, lead others using transformational leadership skills, and set and mirror expected behaviors.
