      This session will review current standards and competencies that relate to current diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. This will support participants in developing a personalized DEI plan, identifying crucial considerations, and learning about strategies for creating and implementing a DEI plan virtually. Best practices and research-based strategies will be shared as a means to provide attendees with immediate take-aways for application to employer or career services-based institutions.
