    • Summary

      In March 2020, thousands of companies became “remote employers” due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, many employers have questions around preemployment procedures and guidelines for requiring employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Join Edward Easterly, Esq., to address the topic of mandating the COVID vaccine for employees and interns, including what happens if an intern or employee cannot get the vaccine. Easterly will also provide a broader perspective on preemployment testing for potential new hires and interns.

      Following this program, you will be able to:

      • Understand the guidelines around mandating the COVID-19 vaccine;
      • Understand the processes and procedures that pertain to preemployment testing and its use in evaluating new hires and interns; and
      • Apply information presented to implement best practices.
