How do you ensure a consistent, quality delivery of career support in a virtual environment? Online modules and video micro lessons offer a solution for scaling career services and connecting with students, but require integration with existing career curriculum. At the University of Minnesota, we leveraged new and existing technology platforms to create on-demand career support for 14,000 liberal arts students. The presenters will share lessons learned about centering career curriculum throughout virtual services and programs.
