  • What are the dates and location for NACE23 In Person?

    We are holding an in-person conference at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, 1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL from June 5–7, 2023.

  • Is there a deadline to register?

    The early-bird rate is available through March 1, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (ET). The standard rate will begin on March 2, 2023.

  • What is included in my full-conference registration for NACE23 In Person?

    Full-conference registrants enjoy access to concurrent sessions, events, and the Expo Hall, plus various meals and beverages, including:

    • Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments on Monday evening
    • Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
    • Beverage breaks between sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday

    Your full-conference registration does not include preconference workshops. They require separate registration and an additional fee.

  • Can I get a copy of the registration form?

    Yes, you can download the registration form. To register, email the completed form to events@naceweb.org.

  • Is there a NACE member discount for conference registration and preconference workshops?

  • Must I be a NACE member to get the member registration rate?

    Yes, only NACE members are eligible for the discounted member rate.

  • Are group rates available?

    Group rates are available for all NACE23 options: In Person, Virtual, and Combo (In Person plus Virtual).

    If five or more staff members from the same organization register, NACE will offer a 5% discount for each registrant at the applicable member or nonmember rate.

    If 10 or more staff members from the same organization register, NACE will offer a 10% discount for each registrant at the applicable member or nonmember rate.

    Please note, all registrations must be received simultaneously and billed on one invoice. This discount is automatically applied during the online registration process.

  • Can I use existing NACE credits on account to pay for NACE23 registration?

    You may use your NACE credit toward NACE23 attendee registration, sponsorship, or exhibiting. An email will be sent directly to you with your credit memo number and credit balance. You will need that information to complete your online registration process.

    Please note, a NACE credit may only be shared with colleagues within the same organization.

  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

    To transfer your registration to a co-worker, please contact NACE Meetings & Events at events@naceweb.org by May 31, 2023. Please note: Additional charges may apply if a registration is transferred from a member to a nonmember.

  • How do I cancel my registration?

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@naceweb.org and are subject to the following refund policies:

    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before April 5, 2023, are refundable less a $150 administrative fee.
    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before May 5, 2023, are 50% refundable.
    • Cancellation requests submitted after May 5, 2023, are nonrefundable.

    In the event of extenuating circumstances, refunds will be processed as a refund or credit (to be used by June 20, 2023). Please contact events@naceweb.org for more details.

  • How do I submit an accommodation request?

    NACE is committed to providing conference experiences and environments that are welcoming, inviting, and user friendly for all attendees. The conference planners recognize that some individuals require specific accommodations to ensure their full and equal participation at NACE23.

    Requests for specific accommodations, including the dates and times of anticipated services, must be received by events@naceweb.org no later than April 7, 2023, to ensure those arrangements can be scheduled and confirmed prior to the conference.

  • Where will I pick up my name badge for NACE23 In Person?

    All badges will be picked up on-site at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Attendees and exhibitors who register in advance may pick up their badges during the following hours:

    • Monday, June 5, 2023 ∙ Noon – 8:30 p.m. PT
    • Tuesday, June 6, 2023 ∙ 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PT
    • Wednesday, June 7, 2023 ∙ 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PT

Hotel & Travel

  • What are the dates and location of NACE23 In Person?

    NACE23 In Person is scheduled for June 5–7, 2023, at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, 1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL.

  • Where can I reserve a room? What are the NACE23 discounted rates and cut-off dates?

    Hotel blocks are available at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. We anticipate that the room blocks will be sold out and encourage attendees to reserve their rooms early. Rooms start at $249 per night.

    The deadline for making reservations is May 3, 2023. After this date, we cannot guarantee availability at the negotiated group discount rate.

    Beware of scams. 2023 NACE Conference & Expo hotel reservations should only be made following the instructions listed on the event website. Do not provide your personal or credit card information to any parties that solicit hotel reservations via phone or fax. NACE does not employ any third-party services to coordinate hotel reservations. Beware of telephone/fax scams offering "special" hotel rates on behalf of NACE. If you have questions about an unauthorized solicitation, the online system, or about housing in general, please contact NACE Meeting & Events at events@naceweb.org.

  • Can I get NACE’s discounted room rate for dates before or after the conference?

    The discounted group rate is available three days pre- and post-conference, depending on the hotel's availability; however, NACE cannot guarantee availability of pre- or post-conference rates. Please contact the hotel directly for availability.

  • Do the hotels provide transportation from the airport?

    The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin does not provide shuttle service to or from the airport. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 20 miles from the hotel.

    Mears is offering discounted roundtrip service to and from Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort only. NACE23 attendees can make reservations online only. *Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours prior to flight arrival time. Credit card will be charged when the reservation is made.

  • Are there discounts for airfare?

    Discounted air travel is available through Delta Air Lines and United Airlines.

    Reservations and ticketing are available online through Delta Air Lines. Enter NY22V in the Meeting Event Code box on the Book a Flight page (see screenshot).

  • How do I get more information about area attractions?

General Questions

  • How do I access the NACE23 attendee list?

    The attendee list is available at MyNACE > Events > 2023 NACE Conference & Expo > I’d Like To > View Attendees. Note: This list includes all NACE23 In Person and Virtual attendees combined. You must be registered for NACE23 to view this option in MyNACE.

  • Will handouts be available for conference sessions?

    Yes, many of the presentation handouts will be available one week prior to the conference in the NACE23 Mobile App.

  • When will the NACE23 mobile app be available?

    The NACE23 Mobile App will contain the conference program and schedule and will be available in late May 2023. Download it on any iOS or Android device for the full-conference program, including session descriptions, times, and events.

  • Can I get continuing education clock hours for attending the conference?

    Many of the concurrent sessions offered at NACE23 will qualify for continuing education clock hours (NBCC, ICF, CCE, and HRCI). Details will be available at the information desk.

  • Can I reserve a seat in a specific workshop?

    No, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited in each workshop. Arrive early to ensure you get a seat. The fire code is very strict, and we cannot accommodate more people than there are seats. Standing is not allowed.

  • Can I host an event at NACE23?

    All events held in conjunction with the 2023 NACE Conference & Expo must be approved by NACE using the Event Host Form.

    NACE must approve all events regardless of event location (on or off property). Only conference attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers may host events in conjunction with NACE23, and NACE has the sole discretion to approve submitted event requests. Events must not conflict with the conference schedule.

  • What should I wear to the conference?

    NACE23 is set in a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can be cool, and the climate may vary, so it is recommended that you wear layered clothing for comfort. The walk from your hotel to the convention center can take 10 to 15 minutes, so wearing comfortable shoes is advised.

  • Are children allowed at the 2023 NACE Conference & Expo?

    Although attendees may bring family members to the conference location, only paid registrants wearing appropriate conference badges will be permitted to attend conference events.

  • What are the dates and location for NACE23 Virtual?

    We are holding the virtual conference from June 28–29, 2023.

  • What is included in my full-conference registration for NACE23 Virtual?

    Virtual conference registrants get access to all virtual conference activities, including concurrent sessions, keynote addresses, networking events, Expo Hall, and Marketplace Solutions, as well as all recorded sessions after the event.

  • Is there a deadline to register?

    Note, there is no early-bird discount available for the virtual conference.

    Payment for NACE23 Virtual is due by June 21, 2023, to receive login instructions and to ensure you receive access to the virtual event platform and to allow for adequate time to troubleshoot accessibility.

  • Can I get a copy of the registration form?

  • How do I register for NACE23 Virtual with my HBCU scholarship?

    Due to the generosity of NACE’s HBCU Summit sponsors, those who work in career services offices at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) qualify for a free scholarship to attend NACE23 Virtual.

    A special discount code will be emailed to our list of HBCU contacts. If you have not received your code, contact us at events@naceweb.org.

Virtual Event Platform

  • How will I access the NACE23 virtual event platform?

    We suggest registering by June 21, 2023, to ensure you receive access to the platform and to allow for adequate time to troubleshoot accessibility.

    Approximately one week prior to the event, login instructions will be emailed to you. Please check your clutter, spam, or junk email folder if you do not receive the email. Contact NACE Meetings & Events at events@naceweb.org, 610.625.1026 if you do not receive the email.

    Please note, login instructions are personalized and cannot be shared.

  • Will sessions be recorded? When will they be available?

    Concurrent sessions will be recorded. Registered attendees will have access to the recorded content in the virtual event platform approximately five business days after the sessions conclude.

    Keynote sessions and networking events will not be recorded.

  • What are the system requirements for the virtual event platform?

    We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. Due to limitations within Zoom, attendees in Safari, Firefox, or other browsers may have to dial in via telephone in order to hear the meeting audio. Telephone dial-in numbers are provided once you join the broadcast.

    You do not need a Zoom account to participate in the sessions.
